This is an ideal size for tight spaces. Normally a renovation of a hotel for example will be difficult to accommodate a larger box because the parking lot and landscaping is already established. Homeowners needing storage while remodeling or just needing a little extra storage find that this size fits nicely on the side of the house. Our 20’ units also come in “double door” with doors on both ends that form a tunnel. This is helpful for accessing the materials from both ends. We also offer 20′ On the Ground Offices which are insulated and equipped with HVAC.

This size is well suited for large construction sites and warehouse storage. If space is not an issue this size will provide a large amount of storage for job materials or excess inventory. These also come in a “double door” style which is very helpful for accessing from both ends since they are so large. We also offer vented containers to provide extra air circulation. Our 40’ Office Combos provide both storage and office space so small tools and materials can be stored close to operations. The office space is insulated and equipped with HVAC.

This size is similar in use to the 40’ standard unit. The difference is in the height which is a foot taller. Our customers request these often for materials that are on pallets because they provide a little more headroom. Also, some materials may be close to the height of the 40’ standard and the extra height makes loading the material easier. We also offer 40’ High Cube units with climate control.
